Meet Tracy Pepe
Tracy Pepe has proudly called Brampton home for over 35 years. She is a business leader, community advocate, and longtime volunteer committed to improving the lives of residents across our city.
Tracy has volunteered with Brampton Meals on Wheels since 2005 and previously served as a Board Director. She is also the past Chair of CARP Brampton Chapter 52, where she advocated for the wellbeing and dignity of seniors.
As an entrepreneur and innovator, TEDspeaker, Tracy has spent more than 35 years building businesses focused on the science of scent and wellbeing. Through her company Smelling Pink, she developed a training program that helps long-term care communities use scent therapy to support seniors living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and isolation. Her work has reached more than 750 long-term care beds across Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta.
Tracy believes Brampton’s future must be built for everyone—from children to seniors. She supports thoughtful planning for infrastructure, stronger resources for community services, and transparent leadership that residents can trust.
Tracy is running to bring practical, compassionate leadership to Brampton—because our city deserves leaders who listen, act, and deliver.
The Platform
RE-THINK — Bike Lanes
BIKE LANES SHOULD WORK FOR EVERYONE
-
When Infrastructure Doesn't Work, It Needs to Be Fixed. Poorly planned bike lanes are creating congestion, safety concerns, and frustration for residents - without proper consultation.
"I will review, redesign, or remove bike lanes that are not working - based on real data, community input, and what is best for our city."

RIVER WALK
Riverwalk is a legacy project that must be guided by accountable, transparent, and responsible leadership.
But more importantly — this project requires leadership you can trust.
Trust to ensure Riverwalk is returned to its natural habitat — with trees replanted, memorial plaques respectfully restored, and the Etobicoke Creek and surrounding wildlife protected.
This is not just about development. It is about restoration — and making it better than it was before.
We must:
-
Replant trees and restore the ecosystem as close to its natural state as possible
-
Protect green space for current residents and future generations
-
Ensure ongoing monitoring and clear environmental standards
Residents must be informed, engaged, and part of the process at every stage — not after decisions are made.
Riverwalk is our community.
It deserves stewardship — not just development.
And the question remains:
Do you trust this council to deliver that?
